少年并不知道，電子煙，并沒有想象中那么友好。

雖然電子煙通過加熱絲，把煙油霧化成水蒸氣供人吸取，不會產(chǎn)生焦油和一氧化碳，看似很健康，但元兇尼古丁的含量并不比普通香煙低，有些還可能超量！

看過這樣一個揪心的新聞：

山東濟(jì)寧一個8歲的女孩，被確診為肺癌晚期。

究其原因，女孩的父親是個老煙民，每天能吸2包煙，不僅在妻子懷孕期間沒有戒煙，女兒出生后，他在家抽煙也依然沒有任何避諱。

醫(yī)生告訴他，孩子就是因?yàn)樘焯毂粍游鼰煟呕忌狭朔伟?/p>

煙民易患肺癌，這我們都知道。

可是那個8歲的孩子，她又不抽煙，她做錯了什么呢？！

這，就是二手煙的可怕之處了。

眾多研究表明，煙草的致癌物，是在煙絲燃燒的過程中大量產(chǎn)生的。也就是說，二手煙的危害其實(shí)遠(yuǎn)比抽煙還大。

二手煙，里面含有250多種有毒物質(zhì)，69種致癌物。

而據(jù)統(tǒng)計，我國有1.82億的非吸煙兒童，無辜的他們，平均每天至少有1次機(jī)會暴露于二手煙當(dāng)中……

更可怕的是，吸二手煙可能對孩子們造成的傷害，還不止肺癌。

呼吸道疾病、厭食、影響智力發(fā)育、中耳炎、過敏性疾病、蛀牙、惡性腫瘤……

吸煙對孩子的危害，真的太多太多了，而越是幼小的孩子，被影響的概率和程度也就越大、越深。

甚至，有些危害，從孩子還沒出生就已經(jīng)開始了。

英國的一項(xiàng)研究揭示，懷孕婦女吸煙有害胎兒健康，可能反映在胎兒的面部表情上。

研究人員對20名孕婦進(jìn)行了超聲波掃描，其中4名孕婦平均每天抽14根，而另外16名孕婦沒有吸煙。

研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，與不吸煙的孕婦相比，吸煙孕婦的胎兒會出現(xiàn)較多的碰觸自己臉部的痛苦表情。

不行！

因?yàn)椋谝路?、皮膚上殘留的三手煙同樣有害，且“作案”時間長。

什么是三手煙？

所謂「三手煙」，就是吸煙后殘留在衣服、頭發(fā)、皮膚，甚至墻壁、地毯、家具等物體表面和灰塵中的煙霧污染物質(zhì)，以及，這些污染物與環(huán)境中氧化物等發(fā)生反應(yīng)，生成新的污染物。

三手煙的危害，絕對不容我們小覷。

2013年，科學(xué)家證實(shí)了三手煙會造成人體細(xì)胞DNA損傷！

2014年，三手煙被證實(shí)會在香煙燃燒結(jié)束后殘留18小時。

2018年，在人類肺癌細(xì)胞體外實(shí)驗(yàn)中，進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了三手煙中的致癌物質(zhì)，能夠誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞DNA雙鏈斷裂（DSB），導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞異常增殖和腫瘤形成。

三手煙危害這么大，影響最嚴(yán)重的依舊是孩子。

可能有人會說“我在家也抽煙啊，孩子沒事啊，哪就那么嬌氣！”

那只能說你是幸運(yùn)的，因?yàn)檫@畢竟是個概率事件。就和闖紅燈一樣，有的人闖了無數(shù)次，也沒事，但萬一呢？

作為媽媽，我只能說，即便只有百萬分之一的概率發(fā)生，我也賭不起。

所以如果你一定要抽煙，那至少，請遠(yuǎn)離我的孩子，更不要一身煙味的就來抱他、親他。

不然，我真的會翻臉。
