疫情當(dāng)前，體育行業(yè)遭受到的沖擊是史無(wú)前例的：競(jìng)技賽事被迫延遲或取消，場(chǎng)館健身業(yè)難以為繼，體育教育行業(yè)被迫線上進(jìn)行。在只能宅家的情況下，我們能進(jìn)行體育活動(dòng)的機(jī)會(huì)實(shí)在是少之又少，而乒乓，以其輕巧和便捷，成為了宅家運(yùn)動(dòng)的不二選擇。一張桌子、一塊板子，甚至只需要一堵墻，我們就可以開(kāi)展這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)。在這個(gè)特殊的情境下，我們和乒乓之間的聯(lián)系無(wú)形中變得更加緊密。今天，就讓我們走入乒乓球的世界，看看中外體育人文交流專業(yè)的同學(xué)們需要了解的關(guān)于乒乓的那些事。
一、 項(xiàng)目介紹
乒乓球比賽由兩人或四人參加，比賽時(shí)球員用乒乓球拍來(lái)回?fù)舸蚝屯扑鸵粋€(gè)質(zhì)量很輕的球。
It’s a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight ball back and forth using a table tennis bat.
比賽的場(chǎng)地是一張硬桌，桌面中間被一道網(wǎng)隔開(kāi)。
The game takes place on a hard table divided by a net.
除了發(fā)球之外，球員只能讓打向自己的球在球桌這邊彈跳一次，然后必須將球打還給對(duì)方。根據(jù)相關(guān)的規(guī)則，如果球員沒(méi)有成功將球打回給對(duì)方，那么就會(huì)算對(duì)方得分。
Except for initial serve, players must allow a ball played toward them only one bounce on their side of the table and must return it so that it bounces on the opposite side.
乒乓球的握拍方式有直板握拍和橫版握拍兩種。
The pat can be divided into two categories which are pen-hold grip and handshake grip.
乒乓球的基本技術(shù)包括握拍、發(fā)球、接球、推球、擋球、攻球、旋轉(zhuǎn)球等。
The basic skills in playing table tennis included grip, serve, receive, push, block, attack, spin, etc.
國(guó)際乒乓球聯(lián)合會(huì)，簡(jiǎn)稱國(guó)際乒聯(lián)，創(chuàng)立于1926年。它是一個(gè)全球性的乒乓球管理機(jī)構(gòu)，運(yùn)作乒乓球賽事的國(guó)際排名體系，同時(shí)還負(fù)責(zé)組織諸如世界乒乓球錦標(biāo)賽之類的賽事。
Founded in 1962, the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) is the worldwide governing body for table tennis, which maintains an international ranking system in addition to organizing events like the World Table Tennis Championships.
1988年，乒乓首次成為奧運(yùn)會(huì)大項(xiàng)，下設(shè)幾個(gè)小項(xiàng)。從1988年到2004年，分別有男子單打、女子單打、男子雙打和女子雙打。2008年，團(tuán)體比賽正式取代了男女雙打。
Table Tennis has been an Olympic sport since 1988, with several events categories. From 1988 until 2004, these were men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles and women’s doubles. Since 2008, a team event has been played instead of the doubles.
