團體網(wǎng)球運動國家排名積分是怎么計算的？

【以下只講戴維斯杯】
首先，戴維斯杯這里共顯示133個國家，我國排32，這是什么水平呢？個人感覺排在我們之前的國家，總有叫得出名字的球員；排在我們之后的國家，看國家名字就很難想起來有哪個球員來自這個國度了，差不多也就是該國球員單雙打排名都在100開外。

下面截了一些主要的，大致翻譯了下，有哪里理解錯了或者沒說清楚請不吝指正~
Rankings Explained 排名說明
The ITF Davis Cup Nations Ranking measures the success of all nations participating in the competition over a rolling four year period with recent performance weighted more heavily.
After each round the ranking period adjusts and any results outside the adjusted four year period drop off. At the same time, points from the same round for the three previous years are reduced, as per the points table below. Therefore, 100 points would become 75, then 50, then 25 over the four years.
戴維斯杯以滾動的四年為一個計算周期，四年內(nèi)的積分都加起來，是總積分。
但前幾年的積分需要折舊，越新獲得的積分權(quán)重越大：最近52周內(nèi)的積分按100%計；再往前52周獲得的積分需要折四分之一，僅算原積分的75%；依次遞減，50%，25%；超過四年后該積分變?yōu)?。
The points stated are awarded to the winning team in that round. A nation losing in the World Group first round, for example, earns 0 points for that tie. In addition, any nation that defeats a higher-ranked nation receives bonus points according to its opponents ranking, as per the points table below.
某一輪次中，僅勝利的隊伍能夠獲得該輪積分，輸?shù)囊环将@得的是上一輪次的積分，如果是第一輪輸了，獲得的積分就是0。
此外，戰(zhàn)勝排名比自己高的隊伍能夠獲得額外獎勵積分，具體獎勵多少看對方隊伍排名而定，有表格可參考。
Unique to tennis, there are additional bonus points for any nation that is able to win on an opponents home ground in the World Group, Group I or Group II. If an away nation wins a tie, a 25% ‘a(chǎn)way win bonus’ is added to the total points (win + ranking bonus) for that tie.
另外，如果客場戰(zhàn)勝了主場球隊，也能獲得額外獎勵積分。

For example, if a nation received 110 round points and 10 bonus points for winning a tie, making a total of 120 points, if it had won away it would then receive 25% of this total (30 points) in addition, making a total of 150 points.

如果一個國家獲得110輪次積分和10分戰(zhàn)勝高排名積分，共120分，并且是客場戰(zhàn)勝，將額外獲得120的25%即30分，于是總共獲得的積分是150分。

- Only winning nations receive the above cumulative ranking points.- Bonus points, as shown above, for defeating higher ranked nations will be added when appropriate to each tie in World Group, Group I and Group II.
- Bonus points do not apply in Groups III and IV.
- If the number of teams in Europe/Africa Groups I and II exceeds 16 or the number of teams in Asia/Oceania and Americas Groups I and II exceeds eight, then 200 points will be awarded for a first round win, 400 for a second round win and 600 for a third round win.

是一個層級關(guān)系，group4最低，等級依次增高，同一等級又按地區(qū)分組，組內(nèi)展開比賽，勝隊次年升一級，輸隊次年降一級，group4不再降級。
